The world is in the total crisis because of the novel coronavirus. Everyone is advised to stay at home to prevent infecting others. There are already patients who have recovered even the absence of the coronavirus vaccine. Since it is an invisible enemy that is possible to infect everyone, those who got infected with the virus from Singapore shared important tips on how to get rid of the virus.

Here are the tips they want to share to everyone and these tips are what they do during their hospitalization.

1.  Take a daily dose of Vitamin C including foods rich in Vitamin C.
   - Although no research has been found that any supplement will help you prevent the pandemic including the Vitamin C. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that has several roles in the human body. Its main function is to help in our immunity. It promotes the growth and spread of lymphocytes (a type of immune cell) that increases antibodies, proteins that can attack foreign substances in the blood and that includes the novel corona virus.

2. Take a daily dose of Vitamin E.
    -Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress happens when your body is fighting for an infection and this leads to production of free radicals that can pierce cell wall causing exacerbation of the inflammation.

3. Expose yourself to 10AM-11M sunlight for 15-20 minutes a day.
   -As the sun grows stronger in a day and exposure on it can help slow the spread of the virus.

4. Take a rest up to 7-8 hours per day.
   -Sleep is a natural immune booster, getting a good rest is a natural way to protect yourself from the virus.

5. Drink 1.5L of warm water daily.
  -Although there is no evidence that patients being infected with the coronavirus can be cured with drinking water, consuming 1.5L of  warm water per day will help your throat moist thereby alleviating the symptoms of the virus.


In addition, they wanted to impart that consuming more alkaline foods above the virus' pH level will help defeat coronavirus. Here are some of the foods mentioned with its pH level:

1. Lemon-9.9pH
2. Lime- 8.2pH
3. Avocado- 15.6pH
4. Garlic- 13.2pH
5.Mango- 8.7pH
6.Tangerine-8.5pH
7.Pineapple- 12.7pH
8.Dandelion- 22.7pH
9. Orange- 9.2pH
